Cleaner and Greener Program: The Mariotti family members are avid outdoor recreation lovers, along with our passion for the outdoors also comes the responsibility to maintain and preserve the world around us for future generations' enjoyment. We have a program called "Cleaner and Greener" with the major focus being a cleaning process that uses water and bio-safe detergents to clean garments rather than using Dry Cleaning chemicals. The program has an initial cost of $20.00 dollars to join. With the cost you will receive a cloth garment bag to bring your cleaning into our locations for processing and your garments will be returned in the cloth-hanging bag, saving the use of a plastic bag for protection. The garments will be spot treated for stains and cleaned once in order to save on water consumption. If the garment does not come clean to your liking we will make another attempt at removing your stains at your request. Some garments must be Dry Cleaned, due to the fabric make-up or nature of the stain; in these circumstances we will take the precautionary measures to insure the utmost in quality. Please see a customer associate for further details. Hanger Recycling: Due to the big push for products to be recycled we have started a program to accept used hangers for recycling. We can reuse hangers provided they are not bent or rusted. We have hanger caddies available at our 6 locations; ask for one on your next visit. On Time or its Free: Your order will be ready on time under normal delivery schedules or the unfinished pieces are completed at no charge.
