Garment Care Policy: Mariotti's follow the manufacturers recommended care label on every item. The Federal Trade Commission mandates the care labels so that every garment can be cared for to preserve a reasonable life expectancy. We do accept responsibility for damage that occurs to the garment while in our possession due to employee negligence. We do not claim responsibility for any garment damage that has occurred while we follow the care label, that is the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Environmental Policy: Mariotti's follows the State of Florida's EPA requirements for handling and disposing of cleaning chemicals. We will continue to upgrade our processing equipment that has the highest government approval, provided it can satisfy the needs of our customers.

Unclaimed Garments: Mariotti's holds in their possession any garments not claimed for a total of 90 (ninety) days. After the time has expired we make 1 (one) attempt at phone contact using the phone number given on the receipt. The clothes are then given to a local charity.

Payment Options: We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and most ATM cards. Mariotti's offers convenient In-House charge accounts with the use of your charge card, which can be used to your advantage depending on your card issuer to earn miles, cash back awards, and many other perks. (In-House charge accounts do require a minimum monthly expenditure).
